Peter von Herrmann receives his doctoral hood at Samford University. He recently completed his Doctor of Ministry degree. (Peter is also Betty von Herrmann’s son.)

Chapter AA celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the B’ham Civil Rights Movement in September 2013 with retired teacher Odessa Woolfolk who described her efforts to establish the B’ham Civil Rights Institute. Woolfolk recalled turbulent times & brave individuals of both races who supported racial equality.
