Traditional Room (2 queens OR 1 king)
P.E.O. Rate $155 (includes breakfast), plus 15% lodging tax, plus taxes as determined by state and local authorities.
The parking at the hotel is self-parking with no additional fees. Handicap spots are available.
Hotel Check-in and Check-out times. Check-is at 4:00pm, Check-out is at 12:00pm

Why should I attend?
This is a time to meet P.E.O.s from across the state. This is your chance to see old friends and make new ones. It is an opportunity to see and appreciate the larger picture of what we do as a Sisterhood. Project speakers and the International Representative share inspiring messages that leave you knowing that we are making a difference in the world around us.

President’s Reception
President Cel Bailey will host the President’s Reception on Friday, 5:30 pm, in the Upper and Lower Dome Levels. Come and greet our state board during this social time of renewing the bonds of P.E.O. sisterhood. Chat with the State Project Committees. All are welcome. A cash bar will be offered.
Hospitality Room:
The Hospitality Room will be serving light refreshments at various times throughout the convention. Prepared snacks, coffee and water will be available. Take a moment to refresh and meet and greet your sisters in the Hospitality Room.
Dreamcatchers:
A novelty studio located in the Vision Conference Room will feature items related to P.E.O. All donations support the Alabama State Chapter Convention. Come peruse for your new DAISY and STAR items.
Project Displays:
Our six project displays will be in the Lower Dome area located on the first floor. (The area where the large grouping of TVs is located)
Admission of Guests to Business Meeting:
At approximately 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 25th, BILs and guests will be invited to join all P.E.O.s in the business meeting to hear remarks by the newly installed president, introduction of guests and the invitation to the 68th Annual Convention of P.E.O. Alabama State Chapter. Guests will be asked to leave the meeting for the formal close of the convention.
